Lori Grant, APRN, FNP-C, RDN

Lori Grant, APRN, FNP-C, RDN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with diverse experience across multiple healthcare specialties. With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and nutrition, Lori integrates wellness and nutrition strategies into comprehensive patient care.

She earned her Bachelor’s in Dietetics from Texas Tech University, followed by a Master’s in Nutrition Education from the University of Cincinnati. She began her career as a Registered Dietitian in San Antonio and currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at UT Health San Antonio School of Nursing, where she contributes to the education and training of future healthcare professionals.

Her passion for patient care led her to pursue a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, followed by a Master’s in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Texas at Tyler. Since completing her education, Lori has worked as a Nurse Practitioner in various specialties, including primary care, pediatrics, and clinical trials. Before joining Advanced Spine and Pain Center, she served as a Neurology Nurse Practitioner, further expanding her expertise in managing complex patient cases.

With her extensive background in nutrition and healthcare, Lori emphasizes a holistic approach to patient wellness, integrating nutrition and lifestyle modifications into health maintenance strategies.

Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, hiking, and spending time with her family.
